The foundations

Everything belongs in one timeline: records from every provider, papers and files you scan, results and reports, across systems and borders.
Encrypted on your device, held under your own keys. You can export all of it at any time, and when you delete your vault, it is truly gone.
Original records are preserved exactly as their authors wrote them, with their source attached. Your own notes and corrections are kept clearly separate, so a doctor reading your record always knows what came from where.
You decide who sees what, and for how long. Access is granted by you, scoped to what is needed, and revocable at any time.
