Care across many providers

Several specialists. A clinic here, a hospital there, perhaps a second country with its own health system. Each visit produces records, and none of the systems talk to each other.

Today

Every provider holds its own slice, formatted its own way, behind its own portal. The work of keeping the whole picture falls on you: downloading PDFs, forwarding letters, repeating your history at every new front desk, and hoping nothing important is lost in translation between systems.

Moving between countries makes it starker. Records stay behind in a system you may no longer be able to access, in a language your next doctor may not read.

With Ametti

Everything lands in one timeline regardless of where it came from: portal downloads, scanned papers, imported files. Duplicates are reconciled, and each entry keeps its origin, so the record stays coherent while staying honest about its sources.

When you see a new doctor, in any country, you can share a structured summary they can read in a browser in seconds. Your record travels because you hold it, and no system transition can strand it.

On your terms

Each doctor sees the slice you choose to share, for as long as you choose. Your rheumatologist does not need your dermatology history; a one-off consultation does not need permanent access. You grant what is useful, and you take it back when the visit is done.
